This is interesting thankuou however the real meta for me in 421 became control and the very idea of it. Dean attempted to lock Sam away to control his decisions to control his choices and Sam wanted to control his own destiny in walking out. It was all about control for me, I think both boys have changed for the worst for them but for humanity its probably a good thing as thye always put one another before the world. I think Dean deciding he'd rather Sam die than be something he doesn't consider what Sam should be was very bad change, and very telling on how far he's fallen and Sam walking out the door also proved he is putting everything else before his relationship with his brother now. Oh boys, you're both so wrong its ridiculous.
