Man, it's a good thing we get a new SPN ep in just a few hours, or I don't know if my willpower would hold up.



Yesterday on the freeway I saw a tow truck getting ticketed by the police. I smiled. And maybe laughed. A lot. No I don't still resent my brother getting towed out of MY apartment parking space at my last place of residence. At all. I wonder if it was the same company. *daydreams*



Criminal Minds last night. First off, CBS did something screwy with their scheduling or programming. My TV Guide put the new ep at 9pm (usual time), followed by the usual CSI:NY. However, that's NOT what played when. Instead, we got a CM rerun followed by a new CM ep in the CSI:NY time slot. What happened there, CBS? Anyway:

I guessed the unsub way ahead of time. I knew it was going to be either the cop or the kid -- they were both too obvious with their off-reactions to the kidnapping. I wasn't sure which was the red herring and which was the unsub, but by the time the cop "confessed" I knew it was a lie and it had to be the kid.

Seeing Hotch go all Kick Your Ass Prosecutor Man will always be HAWT. I love it when we get those callbacks to his past history of being a prosecutor. Dude can be intimidating!

And the ongoing theme -- we've had several eps this season. Sometimes NOBODY WINS. There isn't always a happy ending. But it's not their job to play God and try to rig the results -- they can only do their job and try for the best.
